OHOB Ltd operates the www.ohob.org.uk website, which provides the SERVICE. This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the OHOB website.

This applies to information we collect from: Contact forms on our website, Email, Subscribe Button, Personal Contact via email or Volunteer Sign-Up Sheets supplied at events and fundraisers.

All information provided by volunteers is stored securely and is kept for a period of volunteering and then for a further one year. If you have not volunteered in this period of time all information is systematically cleared.

Information provided by donation points and donors is stored securely and used for the purpose of contacting them in regards to collections and donations.

Volunteers and supporters will receive a regular newsletter detailing updates and current appeals. The newsletter is sent via MailChimp and you have the option to unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe button at the end of the newsletter.

What We Do With Your Data:

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, we only retain your personal data for as long as necessary and to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. We will not share your information with any third party unless we have your permission to do so. OHOB will not let others see your data without your consent and all data is securely stored in line with the Principles of Data Protection.
